During his thirty years in the oil industry and private business ownership, Joe’s position responsibilities have required that he directly or indirectly manage organizational resources, train and motivate personnel, and develop, implement and market land services to the energy and telecommunications industries, with an understanding of investor’s criteria, economic analysis and general client concerns.
